Smarter follow-ups, a cleaner availability view and a credit fix
The biggest improvement this week is in how follow-up conversations work. When a client says they're ready to book or buy another package, AllSet now recognises which outcome they want and moves straight into it. No repeat asking.
The conversations themselves have also got smarter. AllSet now explores the optional topics you've set before making the ask, so a win-back chat learns what's been getting in the way before nudging the client toward their next session. Reports at the end now include what the client actually did after the conversation finished, so you can see whether it converted, not just whether they replied. The follow-up wizard has also been updated to speak more plainly and drive to the right outcome, asking one question at a time rather than asking them all at once.
Availability in chat
When you've got the same open hours every day, the chatbot used to list those hours on a separate line for each day. It now collapses that into a single "Most days" summary and prompts the client to name a day and time. Less scrolling, faster bookings.
We also fixed a bug where the chatbot would sometimes guess the wrong weekday when a client asked about relative days. "Are you open tomorrow?" now gets an accurate answer.
Time off and channels
Setting recurring time off via the chatbot is more reliable. If you ask it to block every Tuesday with no end date, it now asks for one rather than guessing. The check for affected bookings is also more robust.
On connections: you can now disconnect a WhatsApp number from your dashboard, not just Instagram and Messenger. We also made the WhatsApp setup flow clearer when the signup gets interrupted, so you'll see a plain explanation of what happened rather than nothing at all.
A billing fix for trial users
A configuration error meant messages were being charged at 10 credits each instead of 1. This has been corrected and historical overcharges have been repriced automatically. If you're on a trial and found your credit balance draining faster than expected, it should now show the right amount.
We're also working on some improvements to how the follow-up wizard helps you design campaigns, more on that soon.
