Message your whole group at once

This week the team shipped a new way to reach everyone in a group class or course at once. Instead of messaging clients one by one, you can now send booking details, announcements, or offers to every member of a group in a single action.

Reach your whole group at once

If you run group classes or courses, you can now message everyone in a session in one go. When you want to share booking details, an announcement, or an offer, you pick the group, choose the message type, and AllSet delivers it to every current member. It handles the list automatically: anyone who joined after your last search is included, and cancelled bookings are excluded.

For group classes, each member receives information about that shared session. For group courses, each member gets a personalised summary of the sessions they are actually attending, so nobody receives details for sessions they are not part of.

A cleaner experience for new enquiries

For businesses using AllSet's enquiry mode, where prospects can ask questions about your services before they become clients, the chatbot now responds in a way that fits that context properly. It answers questions from your knowledge base without any booking-platform phrasing in the mix. After its first substantive answer, it surfaces your call to action once, naturally, and then gets out of the way.

More reliable contact capture

The chatbot now collects a client's name, email, and phone number more reliably during the booking flow. This means first-time clients are less likely to miss a confirmation email, and their details are stored correctly for future bookings. The chatbot only asks for what it still needs, and won't ask again for details it already has.

Better onboarding for multi-service businesses

Partners onboarding businesses with more than one service were hitting a quiet failure on the second service. This is now fixed, and multi-service tenants are created correctly every time.

We're also working on improvements to how clients are searched and selected across the dashboard, with more to share on that soon.
