Smarter first impressions and a more reliable calendar
The booking calendar in your dashboard now shows everything. It was silently dropping bookings past the first 100 in a busy month, so later appointments just didn't appear. The calendar now fetches every booking in the range, no matter how full the month.
Checkout links on Instagram and Messenger
We also caught a regression that affected new clients booking through Instagram or Messenger. Instead of the tappable checkout button they should have received, they were getting a plain confirmation message with no link. The booking intent was still recorded, but the checkout link wasn't being forwarded through correctly. That's now fixed.
A new welcome experience for people discovering AllSet
This week we launched a small concierge widget on the AllSet website. When someone visits for the first time, it asks a couple of questions about their business and points them to the parts of the site most relevant to them. It's a quieter change than the others this week, but it means the first impression AllSet makes on a new visitor is a lot more useful.
We're also working on some improvements to how advance booking windows can be configured, more on that soon.
