Payment clarity in booking confirmations and faster calendar sync

This week the chatbot started telling customers and admins exactly how a booking will be paid for, right at the moment of confirmation. Whether that's a Stripe payment request, a service credit, a zero-cost booking, or pay-later, the chatbot now surfaces that information clearly so no one is left wondering what happens next.

On top of that, we've made calendar sync significantly faster and more reliable. When syncing a large block of external calendar events, the system now processes them in batches rather than one at a time. That means fewer timeouts, less load, and your calendar staying in sync the way it should.

A more responsive dashboard

A small but noticeable improvement in your admin panel: booking dates now update on screen the moment a booking changes, without needing to reload. It's the kind of thing you only notice when it's missing.

Under the hood

We also made some meaningful improvements to system performance and reliability. Loading your tenant configuration now uses a single query instead of around thirty, which makes a real difference at scale. We cleared out a build-up of duplicate background tasks that had quietly accumulated over time, freeing up storage and keeping things running smoothly.
