Scheduling accuracy, payment chase and a stronger own-number WhatsApp

This week had a concentrated effort on scheduling reliability, payment chasing from your digest, and making your own connected WhatsApp number work as it should — changes that mostly show up as fewer awkward moments.

Smarter date handling

A common source of misbooking was date ambiguity — a client says "Wednesday 28th" but the 28th falls on a Thursday. The chatbot now catches that discrepancy and asks which they meant before anything gets booked. Recurring requests like "the next 3 Tuesdays at noon" now always resolve to three specific dates rather than sometimes presenting a broad date picker, and availability windows stay scoped to what the client actually asked for — "two sessions next week" shows next week, not the whole calendar forward from today.

The way availability is displayed in chat also got cleaner. Identical open hours across consecutive days now collapse into a single range line, so your schedule is easier to read at a glance.

Your own WhatsApp number

A cluster of related fixes this week makes your own connected number behave as it should. Replies now go out on the same number the client messaged — not the shared AllSet number. All message templates are replicated to your account automatically when you connect, so booking confirmations and payment reminders work straight away. And conversations on your own number are now fully separate, so the same client chatting you through different WhatsApp numbers no longer interfere with each other.

Chase payments from the digest

If you use the daily digest, you can now tap "Chase now" next to an unpaid booking to send a payment reminder to the client immediately — no need to navigate to the booking separately.

A credit balance fix

The credit count shown on a client's card was including expired credits, making it appear they could book when they couldn't. That's now fixed — only credits the client can actually use are counted.

We're also working on some improvements to how credits surface in booking conversations, more on that soon.
