Smarter rescheduling and more accurate availability
The biggest change this week affects anyone who books through chat. When a client asks to cancel one session and move to another, AllSet now handles that as a single reschedule, not two separate steps. It also shows only the times that are genuinely available.
Rescheduling in one step
Before this fix, a request to cancel one session and move to another could be read as two separate requests. The client might end up working through a cancel flow and then having to start a new booking from scratch, adding friction to what should be one smooth conversation. AllSet now recognises the combined intent and handles it as a reschedule.
Accurate availability in chat
We also improved how available times are presented when a client asks to book. AllSet now shows only the exact time slots that can actually be booked, so clients are not given options that turn out to be unavailable when they try to confirm.
Package purchases are protected through archiving
If you archive a package after a client has already bought it but before the system finishes recording the purchase, the purchase record was being silently dropped. That is now fixed. A purchase is a fact — archiving the package afterwards does not affect it, and the full record is always preserved.
We have also shipped a visual redesign of the AllSet website's discovery widget, bringing it in line with the latest design. If you have sent a colleague to the AllSet website recently, the first impression they get is now a lot sharper.
We are also working on some improvements to how chatbot conversations handle specific edge cases, more on that soon.
