Subscription plan changes, smarter credits and cleaner conversations

Business owners can now change a client's subscription plan directly from the admin dashboard, taking effect at the next billing cycle. Credit history now shows subscription and reward credits correctly, and conversations with the chatbot are more reliable.

Change a client's subscription plan

Until now, moving a client from one subscription package to another required a manual update. That's fixed. There's a new Change plan panel in the subscriptions dialog — pick the new package, confirm, and the switch takes effect at the next billing cycle. The client's current period is left untouched, so any credits they've already received this cycle aren't affected. Both the client and the business owner receive a WhatsApp message when the change goes through.

Credit history you can trust

We've fixed a gap in how subscription credits appeared in a client's credit history. Credits granted through a subscription, a refund, or a reward were missing from the history view, and the running balance wasn't reconciling correctly when credits expired. Now every credit grant appears with clear, origin-aware wording — and expired credits are recorded as their own event, so the closing balance always adds up.

Ask AllSet about a client's credits via chat

Business owners can now ask about a specific client's credit balance directly from WhatsApp. "How many credits does Jane have?" returns the right answer without having to open the dashboard. You can also ask about grants on a specific date: "How many credits was Jane given on 1 August?" gives the gross count for that day.

Smarter conversations

A few chatbot improvements shipped this week. When a business offers exactly one service, the bot no longer asks clients to choose it — it selects it automatically. Follow-up questions now resolve correctly too: if a client asks about a specific service and then says "how long does it take?", the bot stays focused on what they were just discussing rather than starting from scratch. We also fixed a reliability issue where async notifications like booking confirmations were occasionally confusing the bot's understanding of the conversation, causing it to misread what a client was replying to.

We're also working on improvements to how prospects interact via dedicated Instagram and Meta pages, with more to share on that soon.
