Facebook Messenger bookings and one-tap payment chases

AllSet now works in Facebook Messenger, with bookings, payments, and appointment management all in chat. Payment chases now include a tap-to-pay button for clients with a saved card, and the chatbot explains why a slot isn't available.

Facebook Messenger is live

AllSet has supported WhatsApp and Instagram for a while now. This week we've added Facebook Messenger. Clients who find you through your Facebook page can message you there and get the full experience: check availability, book a service, pay by card and manage their appointments, all in Messenger.

If your business is connected to a Facebook page, it's already there. Nothing to set up on your end.

One-tap payment for clients with a saved card

When a client owes payment on a booking, AllSet sends a chase message. If that client has a saved card, the chase now includes a button to pay immediately. No link to open, no separate checkout to navigate. One tap.

It's a small change, but a meaningful difference to how often clients follow through.

Clearer answers when a slot isn't available

If a client asks to reschedule into your minimum notice window, or picks a date that's already passed or fully booked, the chatbot now explains exactly why rather than giving a vague "nothing available" response. The alternatives it suggests from there make a lot more sense, too.

A note for new signups

We've also launched a signup incentive for businesses joining AllSet through our website. New customers who commit to a monthly plan upfront get a free first month, followed by a reduced rate for the first two months.

We're also working on improvements to conversation quality and how follow-ups are delivered, more on that soon.
